Grant Goals
With $350,000 funding over two years, San Francisco's illegal dumping cleanup program will allow for cleanup of 25 chronic illegal dumping locations in the Bayview; investigate cases; and a develop its public education campaign.
The comprehensive program that includes site clean-up, mitigation strategies, community outreach, targeted enforcement, and program measurement will result in the elimination of these "chronic illegal dumping sites", and the improved quality of life for the nearby residents.
